The wine is a rich pink hue with a ruby sheen and a lush mousse.

The delicate and fresh aroma is dominated by the tones of fresh red wild berries - raspberries, cherries and strawberries, as well as seductive shades of raspberry jam foam and strawberries with cream.

Additional aging on the lees provides a rounded and soft taste, which is distinguished by fresh acidity, and the aftertaste is refined with notes of herbs.

At least 90 days in acratophores.
