This demi-sweet sparkling wine was made using the classic method and has a pretty straw-yellow colour, a dense, long-lasting mousse and an elegant perlage.

Its subtle and tender aroma surprises by an exquisite mix of fresh berry nuances and notes of aging, a harmonic combination of hints of cherry plums, quinces, yellow apples, sunflowers and sweet cream.

The taste is fruity, nice and full-bodied. An energizing acidity together with mineral notes make this wine very gastronomic.

Combinations:

Goes excellently with fruits, desserts, fruit jam bruschettas, pastry with fruits and berries.
