Sparkling wine of delicate pink color with a pale golden hue, fine, fine perlage and persistent mousse.

The multifaceted aroma of this wine is dominated by berry notes: red currant, raspberry and cranberry. There is a distinct minerality that speaks of the terroir of origin of the grapes - Abrau-Durso. The wine gradually opens up in the glass, adding floral notes and subtle aromas of spices to the bouquet of the wine.

The taste is bright, with a rich texture, pronounced gastronomic acidity and a fresh, long aftertaste. In it you can feel subtle notes of marshmallows, homemade marshmallows, cranberries in sugar, and dogwood jam.

Gastronomically versatile sparkling wine. A perfect pairing for cold tuna sashimi or tartare dishes, veal carpaccio, aged cheeses with berry sauce.
