A superb version of brut rose sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir. A tender light-salmon sparkling wine with bright coral reflections and a vivid play of small bubbles.

A subtle, reserved aroma is filled with berry notes, among which one can scent raspberries together with laurel leaves.

This wine has a full-bodied, structured taste, a perfectly balanced acidity and a potential for aging. Its afterglow is long, mineral, with expressed soft tannins.
